I lead customers through the process of getting their vehicle repaired after an accident, if they wanted acolor change or even just simple cosmetic alterations. I also acted as the liaison between the customer,insurance company, and parts vendors to ensure the repair process goes smoothly and correctly. I wouldanalyze the car, talk through the damage with the customer, and helped identify the damage done tothe car in the accident from the prior condition of the vehicle pre-accident.I also run the business as a whole. I do all of the bookkeeping, setting up tax accounts and ensuringwe’re paid up on sales tax, income tax, employee tax, etc. and hold the main point of communicationfor the company from customers, to marketing calls, to important business calls. It is a small companyof 3 employees plus the two owners so I am their “right hand woman” for all things with the exception offinancial decisions. Unfortunately the business is closing so I am now looking for another place to assistin growing the company!
