Testing is my passion. I am a tenacious tester. It is important for me that our customers have the best quality products. What is the difference between developers and testers when performing tests? The answer is mindset. A developer's goal is to make sure everything works; a tester's goal is to make sure nothing breaks. What makes a tester great? The answer is perspective. A great tester thinks like a end user and put themselves in the customer shoes. This attitude contributes to the release of quality products with low number of defects.I have over 22+ years of testing experience. Going the extra mile is my motto. In addition to testing, I look for other ways to improve customers satisfaction. I am involved heavily with technical writers, sales and field team personnel, I perform demonstrations, provide troubleshooting guidance, and equip field personnel to respond to different deployment situations. When I am not working, you would find me planning family trips to national parks. Nothing humble me more than all the majestic scenery in front of my eyes.
