I wrote business requirements and coordinated testing and implementation of changes needed to Avon’s President’s Recognition Program ensuring that Avon reps would see their correct program status. I resolved many incidents reported by business users using my analytical skills to determine and implement system fixes when needed. This enabled the business users in their efforts to increase U.S. sales.I led an effort to streamline a process that was posting bonus dollars to reduce the amount of mistakes that were occurring. I provided extra support to new personnel at the Sales Centers to familiarize them with this process so they could respond to representative questions correctly.

I coordinated the on-boarding of 6 new merchants to utilize billing service.I oversaw a team of 10 employees and consultants through testing phase of 9 major projects and 7 additional projects to enable the new platform to interface with new AT&T services.I partnered with external clients to establish systems connectivity to facilitate projects for 70+ applications; worked with external organization to submit firewall requests, validated client access, and provided full customer support for both test and production environments ensuring connectivity was set up properly.
