My first job in Shell, a temp job in the EP Learning Centre, in the Virtual Learning Team (later the SOU team). We were the initiators of the implementation of the very first Learning Management System in Shell, which was called SOU (and is today 09 still called SOU however on a different LMS platform). When I joined the team the kick-off was just happening, my role was to liaise with stakeholders in the business to educate them to use the tool, to troubleshoot issues, and to evaluate which system improvements were required. I have also set up a customer management system for capturing all incoming issues and requests with the support group.
