The Board of the Education Institute (OWI) consists of four professors and four students from multiple disciplines, the Dean of education and the Rector Magnificus. The OWI board is responsible for the quality of all BSc and MSc programmes of Wageningen University. Within this board, my tasks were on a varied range of subjects related to the WU education system like new study programmes, increasing student numbers, quality of education, innovation and internationalization. Thereby, I obtained an exhaustive look at the management of the university.

The Netherlands-Asia Honours Summer School (NAHSS) is a unique collaboration between all Dutch research universities, four ministries and over twenty Dutch and Chinese multinational companies. The goal: creating a future where students are fully aware of and able to capture the opportunities that arise on the Asian continent by significantly increasing the exposure of excellent Dutch students to Asia today. During the NAHSS, ambitious and excellent Dutch students discover Asia via an international summer school, company visits, and work on a project for one of the NAHSS partners.

As treasurer I was responsible for: keeping track of the finances, making a financial plan, collection of contributions and grants, distribution of money to commissions, contact with bank, conversion of the system to IBAN.
