Solving problems* - big, complex and abstract or small and concrete - together with others that are important for the people far away and nearby that (according to my beliefs) contribute to a better world. I like to do this as some kind of rebel that has the courage to challenge the status quo. In sharing my dreams and vision, fel free to ask questions to existing patterns, value differences and feel the challenges. I build and maintain valuable relationships with people that also like to work hard and play hard, but also people that are honest and fair to each other, to be able to learn and develop. Therefore it's essential to stand still and reflect regularly. So we don't lose ourselves in today's thinking and we will - in a way that feels good - contribute to our challenges* (we have enough). *Problems/challenges I'm interested in:- the way to a sustainable world- less inequality / fair opportunities te develop for everyone- but also small things that make our environment more beautiful or make us happyIn order to solve the above I guess we need to organize ourselves for example:- stimulate innovation - small and big initiatives- developing and renew forms of cooperation between government / citizens / profit and non-profit organizations / social enterprises- therefore: corresponding (financial) resources
