Iris Wan is a professional trainer specialised in cocreation, innovation and leadership development. She has facilitated leadership programmes for over 10,000 individuals ranging from senior executives and emerging leaders from the government, corporates and nonprofits, to young leaders from universities and secondary schools, both locally and internationally.With more than 10 years of experience in the social sector, Iris focuses on youth leadership, education equality and poverty alleviation, and is a consultant to nonprofits on youth engagement and innovation.Iris is actively involved in public service, her appointments by the HKSAR government include: Member of the Consumer Council, Member of the Legal Aid Services Council, Member of the Transport Advisory Committee and Co-opted Member of The Board of Management of the Chinese Permanent Cemeteries; she is also Global Shaper of the Hong Kong Hub under the World Economic Forum and Ambassador of One Young World.
