General (weekend) office assistant I process all paperwork which includes: change orders, contracts, invoices, etc. as well as handle all client inquiries/inbound emails.

I provided program training and listing transaction management services for the Berkeley and Oakland branches of Bay | Sotheby's International Realty. I was previous employed with BaySIR in 2012 and have now rejoined as of 2014. I am fortunate to be working with such talented team of agents, an amazing Manager and such an extraordinary brand.

I have over 18 years experience servicing agents and over 12 years experience servicing local East Bay offices. As the company Office Administrator I quickly mastered all computer programs, processes, procedures and skills necessary to perform the tasks required of this position in the field of Real Estate. I also handled training sessions, recruiting, marketing, monthly reports, A/P, commissions and processed all financials for our branch. At BHG Mason-McDuffie I also assisted in the paperless transition of our office filing system. I have knowledge and experience of all documentation pertaining to the real estate industry. In my spare time (usually once a month) I held office trainings that help both new and seasoned agents use Transaction Point, Paragon (All local MLS's), Zipforms6, DocuSign and more. I also booked one on one sessions with agents that needed more specific assistance with these subjects or special projects.

As the company Transaction Coordinator/ AA and I have developed novice computer program and file management skills. Prior to this position I was the receptionist from 2002-2004. I managed the front desk duties, handled A/P, petty cash for our branch and thoroughly learned ALL DOCUMENTS pertaining to Real Estate. As a TC, I have learned how to handle the various types of Real Estate transactions as well as how to handle/resolve most problems and situation that typically arise. There’s plenty of back and forth communication that must happen with multiple parties in addition to balancing the paperwork. Requires time management, coordination and organization skills as well as document knowledge.
