As an original member of IMGN Media team, I provided comprehensive support to our startup teams into the corporate culture throughout the integration process. My primary responsibilities included:• Assuring a smooth transaction of HR, Payroll, Insurance, Tax, CPA and legal aspects of acquisition.• Once all departments were adjusted: Helped scale the business in the new corporate reality, and supported Accounts Payable team, month-end reports, SAP/Concur.• Acted as a liaison between the Tel Aviv office and the Finance/Corporate teams in the US.
