● Perform data audits on a regular basis, collaborate with staff on maintaining data integrity, and ensuring system remains in good health within industry standards● With the Institute Program Coordinator, upload and maintain learning modules and identify and implement technological solutions to increase the effectiveness of training.● Help develop, maintain and analyze the Institute’s performance data to support team learning and performance goals, including evaluations, pre-post surveys and follow-up surveys● Keep up to date on changes to databases and maintain updated tip sheets and database manual for staff● Demonstrate commitment to learning and professional development● Build and run reports for continuous program improvement and external reporting use● Manage data reporting calendar for funder and partner reports; undertake special reports as needed● Support Goddard’s Results Management Framework and Youth Pathways Systems Outcomes work● Serve as partnership manager for external data collaborations and special projects● Convene Data Team meetings and provide data memos for counseling and training team meetings and quarterly data benchmarks
