Dr. Campos is a Leadership & Organizational Development Consultant and PhD psychologist providing science-based consulting and psychological services. As a daughter of immigrants and a self-identified Panamanian American woman, she strives to understand underrepresented groups' unique experiences in navigating the world of work, facing psychological difficulties, and developing leadership skills. Through a psychological lens and connection to her bicultural identity, she also strives to develop meaningful connections with a broad range of clients. Dr. Campos obtained a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Florida. She has designed, developed, and implemented consulting programs, particularly in leadership development, burnout management, psychology in the workplace, and DEI services. Her services are guided by personal experiences, cross-industry practice, and psychological research.
