Dr. Campos is a Leadership & Organizational Development Consultant and PhD psychologist providing science-based consulting and psychological services. As a daughter of immigrants and a self-identified Panamanian American woman, she strives to understand underrepresented groups' unique experiences in navigating the world of work, facing psychological difficulties, and developing leadership skills. Through a psychological lens and connection to her bicultural identity, she also strives to develop meaningful connections with a broad range of clients. Dr. Campos obtained a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Florida. She has designed, developed, and implemented consulting programs, particularly in leadership development, burnout management, psychology in the workplace, and DEI services.
