Assist agent with a well organized, and mainted renewal process to include: expedition of renewal letters, request for loss runs for the last three years, upload database with the most current information obtained by insured, submit renewal quotes to all markets availables, folow up with underwriter any pending request for a satisfactory, and fast quote. Once quote is sold, complete all applications, and agency documents for contract execution.Sumbit binder request, and coordinate with customer service for certificate of insurance, ID card, and finance process.

Assist customer with any endorsement request, such as change of unit, change in address, incrase in radius, amend of entity, or any incoming request.Transfer this request to accounting department for finance process.Assist client for any additonal request.Receptionist back up.

Responsible for providing accounting support to accounting supervisors and other managers within the department. Keys daily worksheets to the general ledger system, ensures files are complete and maintained as needed, handles accounts payable, and collections.
