Act as a support to the Human Resources Business Partner. Identify root causes and create solutions related to performance management, total rewards, staffing, engagement, retention, learning, associate relation issues, change management and other administrative responsibilities. In charge of providing counseling on staffing issues and decisions and ensure procedures are followed. Execute on internal and external hiring/recruiting strategies which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. Administer the recruiting and selection process for all positions, including but not limited, securing job requirement, job posting, telephone screening, background checking and interview candidates. Administer contracting process for temporary and regular contracted employees. Responsible of design, implement and administer new employee orientation process including: Introduction Orientation, Benefits Orientations and Basic tools training. In charge of administer separation process including: Legal compliance, Exit interviews and Documentation. Coordinate open enrollments. Responsible of develop and organized Wellness Programs. In charge of Staff / Associates Relations, by answering policy questions, assisting during investigation, capturing cases and other variety of associate matters. Administer staff relation program including: recognition program and employee activities. Assesses individual and organizational effectiveness, diagnoses causes of associate performance problems, and recommends potential interventions. Coordinate training programs. Guides and supports other colleagues performing actions to satisfy the needs.
