Full cycle recruitment, Administer hiring process and evaluations both in English and Spanish. Conduct preliminary screening, interview candidates, review resumes, check references, enter applicant information into database. Experience with I-9, E-Verify. Able to participate in career fairs, create and post flyers, taking/filling and managing orders, conduct customer service and quality control calls, skill market candidates, hire/terminate/coach candidates, new employee orientation and training, resolve payroll and billing issues, manage both employee and customer relations, manage costs (e.g., unemployment and workers compensation) Maintain office equipment, answer telephone, timely order fulfillment and ability to multitask. Able to work in a demanding, fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment. Results oriented, problem solver with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Able to meet quotas and deadlines. Able to develop and maintain a professional rapport with end users, ordering sources and temporary workforce
