I consider myself an expert in general management and coordination, as I have been operating as a Business Developer for international markets since 2003.I managed for a few years an Export Department of SAB S.p.A. from the operating point of view, while I have been controlling this aspect from the strategic point of view since 2017. I have an excellent knowledge of export sales processes and procedures at international level. I have been personally involved in personnel selection (recruitment, selection and training for staff for Export, Sales and Marketing departments) for the company I am working at and for the System Group holding. My current position in the company is a Chief Marketing Officer, starting from 2016, which implies synergic and direct collaboration with the Export Sales Department . At the same time, I play an active part in implementation of projects linked to geomarketing and e-commerce.
