Scottsdale Arizona (Remote Based)

• Maintain and expand relationships with strategic MSP/VMS clients • Retain and grow accounts based on developing strong relationships with key decisions makers and users within an organization• Conduct quarterly/bi-annual reviews with all assigned customers to review services needs and usage trends

Greater Chicago Area

Developed and implement plans to expand relationships and business growth with strategic direct client and MSP/VMS partners on a national level. Lead reviews with all assigned Clients to review performance, identify growth and relationship expansion opportunities.

The Vice President of Enterprise Accounts maintains and expands relationships with strategically important clients, specifically large organizations. The following job duties are executed daily:- Relationship development and maintenance with decision makers at large enterprise accounts- Manage transition of new clients with strategic plans that meet client's needs- Conduct client reviews to continually meet client needs- Regularly report on performance to clients- Manage, support and offer quality service to each client- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards- Collaborates proactively with sales directors to maintain revenue growth for Fastaff Travel Nursing.

Oversee the West Region of Workforce Solutions Market Management team to ensure on-going delivery of Client satisfaction with the offerings of the MedAssets portfolio. Eight direct reports supporting West and Central Region of Workforce Solutions. Supported internal audit program as part of offering to clients nationally.

West Region

The Senior Market Manager is responsible for ongoing delivery of WFS services to a portfolio of WFS customer facilities, the on-boarding of new customers, and for playing an active role in the WFS sales process. In this role, the Senior Market Manager is responsible for ensuring that all WFS services and technology are successfully and effectively delivered to our customers, including coordinating the direct involvement of specialized WFS resources for technology deployment, agency contracting, or WFS analytics as needed. The Senior Market Manager’s is responsible for core market management responsibilities including but not limited to: •Day-to-day account delivery and management of portfolio facilities,Monitor & Drive Agency Contract Compliance, Day-to-day vendor management of agencies delivering services to portfolio facilities, Coordinate facility-level technology adoption and support activities, Assist in key areas of agency audits and regulatory compliance as well as •Monitor and drive client satisfaction and retention of portfolio facilities• Maintain referenceable client list (at facility level) for portfolio facilities• Actively identify opportunities to up-sell other WFS /MedAssets products to client facilities
