A 16 week internship as a part of my programme becoming an IT Project Manager. My main focus was acting as a Change Manager and handling the CA (Change Authority) at the CEVT IT department. I also worked with mapping, developing and implementing processes, aided the OnSite team in their daily work one day per week, held Scrum Retrospectives etc. In parallel with my internship I wrote my final thesis comparing Change Enablement from the ITIL theory with how it was implemented in practice at CEVT IT.

As a First Line agent I handled incoming calls and emails from Norwegian customers at Canal Digital Satellite. The customers’ inquiries regarded technical issues, invoicing and their subscription. My patience was put to the test many times and I learned how to handle both unsatisfied and satisfied customers. I was promoted to Second Line agent were I handled technical issues which had been forwarded from the First Line. My responsibilities included reporting recurring issues to our client Canal Digital. During this period I had the opportunity to act as a coach for newer employees working the First Line.

I was part of a substitute pool but I spent most my time working in Hagaköket where I was booked for longer periods due to my work ethic. This job was fun and it taught me to work under physical and emotional pressure towards the teams goals!
