• Responsible for managing the in-house Travel department ( with IATA-licence)• Arrange travel ( corporate and marine ), eg. flights, hotels, visa & ground transportation, for Bluewater globally with strong focus on service. • Develop and implement travel strategies and processes in line with corporate and project requirements and in co-operation with other departments and stakeholders. • Coach the travel team.• Onboarding.• Source and negotiate contracts with travel suppliers worldwide.

In 2015 IATA established its first Travel Manager Advisory Group ( TMAG), in Europe, to engage withthe business travel value chain in order to understand how the New Distribution Capability ( NDC) standard would affect this community in terms of challenges, opportunities and benefits.These days discussions are not only about NDC, but other topics like sustainability, Covid, OneOrder are also on the agenda of TMAG.

As vice-chair ( 2012-14), I was actively involved in preparing member meetings, member recruitment and liaising with industry partners and sponsors. During my chairmanship ( 2014-18) a new structure and strategy has been implemented.
