At Swisscontact, my role as a Monitoring & Results Measurement Specialist centers on developing frameworks that track and enhance the impact of 'Skills for Jobs' (S4J) project. With a focus on sustainability and evidence-based outcomes, our team has enhanced the project's effectiveness, aligning our efforts with the broader objectives of sustainable development. This includes a strategic emphasis on building and leveraging human capital to ensure that skills development directly contributes to long-term economic growth and individual empowerment.My time working with the European Commission shows my strong dedication to making health fair for everyone, especially in improving cancer treatment for people who are often overlooked. By working well with others and using effective knowledge management, I help push forward better ways of doing things in health studies, reflecting my personal commitment to public health and setting the stage for my future career prospects in this field. This experience complements my previous work in monitoring and results measurement for development projects, where I similarly focused on enhancing impact through evidence-based strategies.
