Irma has over 25 years of producing, leadership, advocacy, strategy development, governance and relationship building experience in theatre and the performing arts.Originally a theatre producer, Irma works with Performing Arts Forum previously as General Manager/Producer and now as Director.Prior to her work with Performing Arts Forum, Irma worked with Storytellers Theatre Company, Blue Raincoat, Children's Books Ireland and IETM. A creative and strategic thinker, Irma has also contributed to the National Campaign for the Arts, #WakingTheFeminists and was a founding board member of GlasDrum which presents arts and cultural events in Glasnevin and Drumcondra including the Winter Chamber Music Festival and New Sounds in an Old Place.
