Lead maintenance improvement project with RCM, RCFA, and other methods, analyze monthly MEM overhead and equipment maintenance cost, propose recommendation action plan and strategy, review and update equipment strategy to optimize the equipment reliability and availability, Provide maintenance recommendation to eliminate repetitive problems and Maintain and control maintenance management system for MEM (VAMA, CDQ & ETS mobile equipment) to achieve effective and efficient maintenance process & equipment performance.

Analyze and review heavy equipment equipment performance and health condition through online monitoring system (Core DataQ, AHEAD and other system that implemented on PTVI) and coordinate the action taken to operation for maintaining safe operation.Coordinate and collaborate with maintenance controller to ensure accurate information on maintenance management system for condition of equipment, repair job status, maintenance rework and maintenance plan to match operation’s equipment strategy.

To find out the current condition of an equipment or component by checking, measuring, testing, analyzing, predicting the remaining life of the component, ensuring the work is feasible (with a budget) and recommending the form or type of maintenance that will be carried out on an equipment in accordance with standard maintenance procedures, making work orders and approve w/o, with the aim that equipment maintenance planning goes well by taking care before it is seriously damaged and equipment operating safely, efficiently and effectively.
