  • Responsible for coordinating employment benefits for 677 employees that include health, vision, and dental insurance; 401k plans and life insurance, supervise employee benefits filing systems and ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately in payroll system for payroll deduction. Coordinate benefit fairs with management to increase employee morale in appreciation of all the employees hard work. • Audits the calculation of the monthly premium statements for all group insurance policies and maintain statistical data relative to premiums, claims and costs. Generate necessary program Paycom reports including payroll reconciliations, monthly hires, monthly terms, and custom reports . Resolve administrative problems with the carrier representatives who handle the 677 employee accounts. • Administers employee relations and leads new hire orientation on boarding process, policy implementation, affirmative action, FMLA, COBRA, and employment law compliance. Prepares and set up meetings designed to help employees obtain information and understand company benefits and other related incentive programs. Ensure distribution of required employee notices. Prepare and maintain weekly employee reports, new-hire, and terminated reports submitted to upper management in order to evaluate turn over. Maintain company organizational charts, bulletin boards, and other requested reports up to date with company policies, laws and regulations.• Cover Social Events at the plant, newsletter, in plant-TV announcement. Maintain a relationship with local radio and tv stations in order to promote job recruitment. Plan each month a Lunch & Learn with different non-profit organizations to speak to our 677 + employees regarding the services that the non-profit organization offers for instance depression, counseling, clinic, suicide, migrant services, and dental services.
