1. Drafting Original Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Service Agreements, MOUs, Policy Contracts, as per existing legislation, etc2. Monitor and set schedules for license variations and renewal approval3. Handle and grant company licenses and permits for 8 subsidiaries4. Understand the proper workflow to successfully process and obtain legal licenses from local government permits.5. Managing and overseeing regulatory compliance with the relevant laws and regulations and liaising with government authorities6. Providing clear and business driven legal advisory on all legal aspect of company operation, product and service, strategic partnership7. Identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, developing, and implementing corrective action plans for resolutions of problematic issues, and providing general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situation in the future8. Providing legal guidance and assistance or mentoring business unit or department in the company9. Making relationships between other legal actors (Police, Attorney General's Office, Notary, etc.)10. Review and draft contracts, agreements and other documents to ensure compliance with all statutes or laws11. Responsible for Legal Due Diligence and handle Property Law for Corporate12. Check reports from legal staff then report legal conclusion to Director

Handling complain and request from customer (tenant)
