Managed day to day Global Mobility program as main point of contact for associates, HR and business leaders regarding any program and/or immigration matters and decisions regarding their associates.Developed and established internal policies/procedures in close collaboration with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Legal, Payroll, Tax, and external vendors that effectively govern relocation/expatriation programs that balance employee relations concerns, financial issues, business concerns and governmental regulations.Project managed domestic and international inter-company transfers, short-term assignments, long-term assignments, expat assignments, frequent business travel Ensured compliance of all global mobility practices within area of responsibility and with legislative and regulatory requirements, standards, and other known relevant policies and guidelinesConducted internal training for Global Mobility processes, risk management processes and compliance with assistance from external vendors.Responsible for processing non-immigrant and immigrant visas, renewals and applications for permanent residence into the US including coordination with outside counsel, managers, HR business partners, talent acquisition staff, and employees.Audited and process vendor invoices and payments relating to Global MobilityManaged relationships with tax provider; partnering to establish tax positions and oversee all tax processes associated with expatriate assignments. Managed reporting compliance of expatriate equity transactions (option exercise and RSU vest calculations, payroll reporting, cross-charging and communication).Oversee annual year-end tax compliance process including eligibility definition, gathering of global remuneration data, extensions, settlements, and collections. Facilitate global compensation accumulation and add to earnings processes.Internal subject matter expert on expatriate tax matters for associates, and other internal stakeholders.
