Previously, I worked at NGO based organization for 4 years then at people development consultant for another 4 years. Even though the foundation of each company was different, the purpose was quite similar, giving training to empower people, societies, and corporates. Beside formal work, I participate in social communities actively. I was part of curator team at TEDxJakarta, one of most inspiring community in Indonesia that conducts inspiring event annually.
