About Irma Yanti
Irma is a penultimate year student majoring in psychology at the University of Indonesia. People who work with her describe her as a hard worker and self-sacrificing person.Irma was raised and grew up with her parents' upbringing to pursue Taekwondo since the age of 3 years. This way of upbringing made her love sports and is currently scoring several national and international achievements, a Bronze medal for Pre-PON Youth 2016 and a gold medal at the Colombia, Pattaya Thailand, India, and New York International Taekwondo Open 2021. She was also honored the best female senior athlete at the 2021 National Heroes championship.On the other side, Irma has a high interest in organizational psychology, including HR development, organizational development, recruitment, training, and assessment. This interest is manifested by her involvement in various organizations at the staff level to the president. Also his involvement in internship experiences at PT. Bank BRI (BUMN) and the Independent Campus Internship Program of the Ministry of Education and Culture at PT. Pilihanmu Indonesia triumphed in the HR Division.Other than her busy life, Irma spends time exercising and going out with friends on the weekends. She also teaches several students privately from the elementary, junior high and even high school levels with the schedule she arranged. To fill her spare time, Irma takes the time to write about psychology on her personal blog and make video content about life talk on her personal tiktok page. Yap that’s irma! She loves writing, making some aesthetic content, meeting with friends and family, and do some sport activities at her leisure time.
