And that is why we believe in making teams better with the ultimate storytelling device: table top roleplaying games.Humans have been telling stories since the beginning of their time. Around a campfire, to a scribe, to entertain, to warn, to keep memories of long gone ancestors alive. The stories we hear and tell shape us as humans, shape our view and outlook on life. We relate to each other through stories. We understand someone by hearing "their side of the story". More powerful than sharing a story is only creating a story together. Living through funny, emotional or exceptional events with other people and retelling the stories after creates a deep sense of connection and belonging.Unfortunatly, it can be quite hard for work colleagues to experience things outside of work together that are not work related. But is is super easy in a table top roleplaying game, and you won't even have to get up from your chair to do it. Slaying vicious dragons, saving human kind from an impending asteroid impact, meeting aliens: These are stories you will be talking about with your colleagues for a long time. Throw in dice induced randomness and you have yourself an absolute blast of an adventure.And the best part: You get to create and tell these stories.
