• Performance of Microbiological Laboratory test methods and techniques (sterility testing with the use of peristaltic pumps, bioburden tests, bacterial endotoxin test methods) regarding in-process products, water.
• Performance of antibiotic assay with the plate diffusion method
• Environmental monitoring of Clean Rooms, grid profiling, definition of the sampling points
• EM data monitoring & trending
• Aseptic transfer of materials through airlocks & pass boxes
