I start out at home where my call load is assigned electronically through a web portal. From there I plan my route and pick up the parts from UPS and Fed-Ex drop locations. I then preform the repairs at the customer's preferred location home, office or public meeting place. The work is warranty hardware repairs for Dell, IBM / Lenovo, Lexmark, HP, Canon and a few others.
