I inaugurated the data team, building the entire data pipeline for our cloud-based Data Warehouse (DW) solution on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including self-service BI. I hired and trained the technical team (analysts and data scientists), established and implemented technical standards and technologies, and applied agile methodologies for team development and data projects. Concurrently, we worked on the company's data literacy, promoting the quality of data ingested by the DW and strategic thinking based on actionable insights. Digital House offers short courses in digital technologies. I coordinated the offering of several classes for the "Data Analytics" and "Data Science" courses. I was responsible for (1) design learning objects (LO) of Physics and Mathematics of undergraduate level, (2) coordinate the LO development team, (3) apply these LO to online courses of USP/Univesp agreement, and (4) perform research about their use.RESULTS AND HIGHLIGHTS- I assembled, trained and coordinate a team of up to 9 people on development of LO.- I managed development of nearly 150 projects of LO to undergraduate courses of the agreement USP/Univesp.- I managed development of nearly 50 projects of LO for electronic whiteboards of 26 public schools on Hortolândia/SP. According to Unesco (see magazine Época ed. 683, of June 18, 2011), this project helped enhance teaching and learning of Mathematics and Portuguese at elementary and high school levels.- I introduced Scrum to development of LO. This initiative was presented in congresses of the area. It is now part of the graduate course on instructional design of Senac, offered nationwide.
