1. Responsible for managing projects from conception, pre-production through project completion. 2. Working in close contact with the vendors/suppliers to ensure Demadn Planning, quality and the goods timing. 3. Monitoring product test reports during the testing cycle.4. Responsible for IQC, FQC and OQC for the given projects.5. Documentation of Design & Engineering (PPAP, BOM and QAP)6. 1. The work dealt with maintenance and study of various systems in RS2 train made by Bombardier Transportation. 2. Worked and learned about the Train and management system of Delhi Metro. 3. Worked on a project report explaining Breaking and Coupling system in Delhi Metro at the end of the training.
