Parsons is providing project management consultancy services for NEOM, the centerpiece of Saudi Arabia’s 2030 Vision to grow and diversify the Saudi economy and position the country to become significant contributor to global economic growth. NEOM Industrial City, Oxagon, serves as the economic heart of NEOM with a vision of becoming the region’s leading zone for advanced and clean industries and next-generation port, supply chain, and logistics platforms. The project is strategically located close to the international east-west shipping routes, leveraging the opportunity to not only grow to become a global port and logistics hub but also to use this locational advantage to support the growth of the NEOM region. The project comprises two distinct development areas, the Circular City (land side component only) and the Southern Cluster. The Circular City comprises mixed use development such as modern manufacturing and industrial research centered around the existing Duba Port. The Southern Cluster serves as an industrial hub consisting of a hydrogen plant, a desalination facility, and manufacturing. Phase 1 of the project includes site-wide earthworks and other enabling works, infrastructure works such as roads and all infrastructure services, utility plant provisions, and numerous assets to support NEOM’s vision and Duba Port’s expansion.

The BACS consortium is responsible for the design and build of Lines 1 and 2 of the Riyadh metro network. These two lines will form part of the six-line metro system that will run for a total length of 176 kilometres across the city and includes 85 stations.
