Senior Ui/Ux Designer & Developer
CurrentLead the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution, across multiple digital platforms including web, mobile, and other digital touchpoints.Creating user-friendly and straightforward ideas for products.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis to continuously improve the user experience.Establish and maintain design guidelines, patterns, and best practices to ensure consistency and coherence across all digital products.Creating HTML email newsletters, including PSD to HTML conversion, creation of landing pages, and testing.Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for newcomers to familiarize them with the company’s operational procedures (UI Team).
