Review and evaluate project status with the product development teams with knowledge of patterns, mold processes, materials, pricing, yield & cost analysis, manufacturing processes.•Factory floor communications and management all aspects of preproduction and sample making.•Supervise and maintenance of correct Bill of Materials (BOM) for all projects.•Issue Purchase Orders & being Involve in purchasing and ongoing relations with vendors, Negotiate material and Component pricing with international suppliers and factories across Italy, China, Mexico, Brazil and domestic vendors•check Production materials and approve•Team up with technicians to develop pre-production samples.•Manage &Monitor daily development and production lifecycle•Troubleshoot with key personnel on problematic styles and addressing the issues before production.•QC & inspect finished products •set up Packing instruction & pass to packing department •create packing list documents for delivery of final products
