Current- Onboard and fully train Customer Operations Agents on product, tooling, for both email and live chat channels.- Develop and design e-Learnings, modules, and worksheets for new hire on-boarding, continued education, and new product releases. - Facilitated remote on-boarding sessions both domestically and internationally. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and create resolutions as well as establishing learning plans ahead of new product releases. - Collaborate with our Product Support and Product Designers to build trainings for newly acquired companies. - Developed and created training materials on NFT supported features for our specialized support team.- Analyze learning needs for new product acquisitions.
