✔️ As the Head of Studio Operations at Wackytoon Studio, I'm helping in making important policy and strategy decisions and closely working with the CEO for short and long term goals. Also, I orchestrate and enhance the studio’s daily functions to ensure smooth production workflows, efficient resource utilization, and punctual project delivery. ✔️ Being responsible for an easy running of the Studio that includes the following principal responsibilities.• Along with the Finance team involved in IT budgetary management of the studio.• Along with the Accounts team, budgetary follow-up related to development and infrastructure maintenance;• Along with the IT team, management of the material resources for the studio. Worked as a System Administrator at Surina Infotech Pvt. Ltd ( A Surina Group Company), for a decade, posted at Animatzione Studio (www.animatzione.in). Managing the entire IT administrative activities required to support complex WinTel environment including configuration, training, installation, maintenance, & troubleshooting etc. Provided IT support to other Surina Group companies which has 500+ users spread across India with a team of 10 IT staffs.

✔️ Worked as a Customer Support Engineer at Infotronix Channel Pvt Ltd (Wipro Infotech's premier service partner). During this tenure I had implemented multiple corporate LAN at Nationalized Bank's with Wipro NetPower Servers who were working in ALPM and TBM platforms before the commencement of Core Banking systems in India. Administered and managed, installed Windows XP environment with Windows 2003 server.
