✔️ As the Head of Studio Operations at Wackytoon Studio, I'm helping in making important policy and strategy decisions and closely working with the CEO for short and long term goals. Also, I orchestrate and enhance the studio’s daily functions to ensure smooth production workflows, efficient resource utilization, and punctual project delivery.
