- Creating and consolidating Prakerja project plan; Making detailed plans and developing strategy on the project, coordinate with project management officer (PMO) and Digital Platform (DP) of the Prakerja (Pre-Employment Card) Program;- Building and curating Learning needs: Create curriculum, learning content, and other administration related to the application for Pre-Employment Card training;- Managing and supervising training activities, including facilitation and assessment requirements, trainers and mentors, as well as business administration;- Reporting for Stakeholders; Develop reports and check the progress of the project; Make training completion reports to DP and PMO; Coordinate with the training and learning division, and marketing and customer service divisions related to the Pre-Employment Card program.
