I created project scopes, engaged with customers to understand their needs, and collaborated with the sales team to draft proposals that included, outlining timeframes, budgets, and costs. Resolved customer issues with the customer success team, oversaw development meetings, planned roadmaps and milestones, and guided the team in the right direction. I worked closely with the design team to ensure the wireframe met the requirements for the feature/product and collaborated with the development and QA teams to execute them.
