Having previously been responsible for North American Sales Training for Ford Motor Co., Mr. Wengrow was charged in 1996 with building local training organizations in several emerging SE Asia and European countries to support new local staff and retail distribution personnel.Mr. Wengrow has traveled and trained extensively throughout Europe and Asia and has spoken on these topics at internal Ford meetings and conventions and seminars including the American Society of Training and Development's annual international conference. Examples of his work include:Preparing those coming from a high context/low relationship culture such as the United States and most of Northern Europe to work, live and succeed in an opposite environment (low context/high relationship) such as China, Similarly, local employees in these developing countries needed similar preparation to understand how and why their western ex-pat Managers learn, think and act
