As the lead 3D As-Built Designer for surveying projects, I actively showcased my technical expertise by serving as the subject matter expert for modeling and QA/QC of 3D and 2D architecture, MEP, and HVAC systems, floor plans, and ceiling plans for new and existing buildings utilizing Autodesk Revit. I also demonstrated my advanced industry knowledge by operating Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and LiDAR Pointcloud to draft and QA/QC topographic survey maps for roads, bridges, harbors, and utilities. I successfully closed projects through accurate coordination with clients and project teams regarding objectives, contracts and agreements, site visits and inspections, project status, and final deliverable submission to provide seamless transitions, readily resolve issues, mitigate risks, and collaborate efficiently and effectively. In addition, I showcased ability to facilitate cross-collaboration by overseeing and coordinating drafting progress and QA/QC with drafting team in China.
