Maintaining the appearance and the success of the hotel and its amenities by doing the following; -Daily readings for hot water, sprinklers system psi, daily use of gas, water, and electricity consumption as well as readings for the chemical balance of the hotels pool and spa. - Consistent inspections and preventative maintenance applied to air and refrigeration systems like, ice makers, refrigerators, walk in freezer, air handlers and condensers. Also the same applies to our in house industrial washers and dryers. -Performing preventative maintenance to 209 rooms, back of house areas, and all public areas including exterior and parking lots. These task can vary from re painting a wall, replacing dimmed bulb, cleaning ptac coils and filters, replacing outlets and more. -Attending to guest, employees, managers, contractors, vendors, and 3rd party technicians. -Create and work with scheduling two other engineers and myself, covering each other when needed, days or hours. Always keeping in mind hours and attempting not to accumulate over time. -Purchase tools and supplies while keeping an inventory list and keeping the budget in mind. -Assisting in other departments when needed like house keeping, front desk, kitchen or sales.

 Ran a monthly and bi-weekly inspection of the fire monitoring and alert system, backup generator, and emergency lights. Maintained a monthly inspection and provided maintenance to the building’s mechanics and appliances such as: washers, dryers, ice machines, resident lift machines, mechanical beds, boilers and heaters, chiller system, refrigerators, walk-in freezers and fire extinguishers. Collected daily information of ambient and hot water temperature. Repaired leaking, faucets, valves, toilets, urinals, unclogged drains with snake. Removed and replaced damaged outlets, switches, light bulbs, ballast, and light fixtures. Installed appliances. Repaired medical beds and wheelchairs.  Ran or replaced circuit lines, motors, and re-soldered controls. Removed and replaced wall paper.

 Revised and attended to all open work orders. Cleaned and removed trash in the parking lot area. Cleaned and revised chemical levels for pool and spa. Performed preventive maintenance to rooms, offices, and public indoor and outdoor areas. Performed preventive maintenance to the building’s equipment including dryers, washers, refrigerators, freezers, central air systems, exercise equipment, and pool equipment.
