Responsible for all duties as the Scheduling Supervisor, assisting Management with the Maintenance/FAST Center’s daily activities, required reports and all meetings as required. Supervised and trained the Scheduling Team in the management, tracking and auditing of all Gulfstream Programs worldwide to include lead-time, downtime, kit/tooling availability, site authorizations, through-put and deposit requirements. Trained and supervised the Scheduling Team in the screening of pre-arrival work scope items that require action from other support groups to include customer support, managed programs, production and completions. Supervised the coordination and dispatching of all domestic/international FAST events & projects worldwide while working with FAST Operations. Supervised all Drop-In activity and Scheduled service visits while practicing level loading for all GAC/Jet Aviation facilities via direct communication with the CS Regional Sales Team, Field Service Technicians, Technical Operations, and customer contact. Continuously audited Service Center employee rosters, manpower availability, and Service Center resource allocation to ensure the accuracy of Service Center Loading. Maintained complete and accurate records/files of all business transactions, to include AOG support and other aircraft maintenance requests.
