My team’s mission is to define strategies and opportunities across MassHealth's data continuum to maximize source data quality and to meet evolving MassHealth business end-user needs. As part of the Payment and Care Delivery Innovation (PCDI) team, I led implementation activities within the data management workstream to support ACO/CP program launch and stabilization. Key responsibilities include: • Serve as business lead for creation of the ‘Mega-Extract’, a 50+ table compilation of member, provider, and claims data produced monthly for downstream vendor activities such as cost performance reports production, quality measure calculations, and actuarial analysis. • Collaborate with MassHealth Data Warehouse team through weekly steering committee to manage Payment Reform project priorities, issues and risks, and decision-making.• Oversee creation of Encounter Data Scorecard, a monthly dashboard produced for MCOs to provide feedback on data submission completeness and accuracy, in response to data issues reported by downstream users.• Led transition of ACO/MCO monthly member and claims extracts production from vendor to internal DW, reducing data lag period from 2+ months to 6 weeks. Serve as Product Owner for two scrum teams within athenaCollector (cloud-based billing and practice management solution); build functionality and features in two-week iterations cross-geographically; maximize value delivered to athena's customers through product backlog grooming and prioritization.

My team's mission is to enhance and scale the ability of athenaCollector to support remittance lifecycle through timely, accurate, and transparent posting of remittance. We post $1B+ in reimbursement per month across 70K+ providers.My primary responsibilities include:• Develop deep understanding of 30+ types of remittance records amongst 10+ categories; understand root causes of creation and resolution paths. • Define business metrics to assess posting efficiency and accuracy; develop, test, and publish reports via PL/SQL to measure business metrics. • Engage stakeholders across multiple departments, including Banking Operations, Enrollment, and Remittance & Image Processing, to resolve complex remittance lifecycle issues. • Collaborate with Product Innovation to address product functionality gaps and define specifications for product enhancements, with focus on web portal missing remittance workflow.• Optimize posting workflows by automating where possible or reducing manual user intervention.• Support enterprise clients with cross-practice remittance and financial reconciliation.• Define new workflows and directives to meet evolving client remittance lifecycle business needs.

Across two long-term engagements, my teammates and I applied program and project management best practices to organize and deliver very complex IT implementation projects. Completed 2-year engagement with national biomedical services organization, providing strategy, planning, and project management services for implementation and optimization of Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system across US. Primary responsibilities included: ○ Issue and risk management ○ Deployment project schedule management ○ IT platform stabilization support ○ Program Steering Committee and Executive Steering Committee reporting ○ Fiscal year department roadmap planning Completed 1.5-year engagement with national specialty pharmacy, providing strategy, planning, and project management services for implementation of integrated dispensing and patient care solution. Primary responsibilities included: ○ Solution roadmap and decision framework analysis ○ Functional requirements gathering and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) preparation ○ Program Steering Committee and Executive Steering Committee reporting ○ Project schedule and change control management ○ Work stream status tracking and reportingCreated internal office expense reconciliation tool, as part of skill-building exercise, utilizing Excel macro functionality to aggregate and trend monthly invoice data. Automation migrates monthly invoice data sheets into singular workbook, consolidates and manipulates data into singular spreadsheet, refreshes Pivot charts and graphs, and prepares printer-ready view of expense trends and significant deviations.

• Programmed MediaLab experiments with jQuery and facilitated sessions to support Dr. Lerner’s Leadership Decision Making study. • Connected >100 participants with physiological sensors to measure heart rate, blood pressure, skin conductance, skin temperature, and respiration; analyzed data with BioLab software. • Assisted 5 other researchers with experiment preparation, operation, analysis, and critique.
