Accountable for Reliable, Efficient operation of all Instrumentation and automation equipment in Plants through high quality of planning, organizing, and implementation of preventive, predictive, corrective & proactive maintenance activities in all Linde Tonnage and On-site plants in West Java.Responsibilities:1. Create a zero-incident safety culture by providing adequate training/instructions team members, contractors & visitors with respect to hazards & safe behaviors. 2. Ensures all equipment are maintained properly to achieve Plant reliability, Availability & Efficiency. Through implementing a various Maintenance Programs & Practices.3. Ensure all the actions through FMEA are implemented & in plan in place.4. Consumable & Capital Spares Management.5. Turnaround (TAR) / Shutdown Coordination & execution.6. Ensure any changes in Plant Operations & Equipements are routed through Management of Change7. Testing, maintaining, and modifying existing systems.8. Review the Budget for regular PM activities & ensure the actual spend is within controls.9. Ensure Statutory testing of applicable equipment / tools is in place & executed on time.10. Controls unnecessary loss by formulating and implementing policies and guidelines.11. Develop subordinate staff of other department/site to be more effective by identifying training requirements and make plans then implement them and conduct training.

•Responsible to handle project or proposal engineering deliverables such as Instrument Datasheet, Instrument Index, I/O List, Instrument and Telecom Specification, Fire and Gas Datasheet & Specification, and Instrument Cable Schedule & Cable Block Diagram.•Perform internal review for engineering drawing such as P&ID, Instrument Hook-Up Drawing, Instrument Level Sketch, Control System Architecture, Fire & Gas Detection Layout, Instrument Main Cable Way and Cable Tray Layout, and Instrument Typical Installation.• Responsible to develop and review Instrument and Telecom Material Take-Off including Bulk Material. • Responsible to handle Instrument Requisition for assigned project.• Responsible to summarize and clarify with vendor regarding TBE (Technical Bid Evaluation) and vendor quotation for Instrument Devices and perform review and analyze for engineering vendor document review. • Responsible to calculate and sizing Instrument devices (Flow Element, Relief Valve, Control Valve, and Thermowell). • Responsible to handle and develop Cause & Effect Diagram and clarify with Process Safety Team. • Perform Inter-Discipline Check for any engineering documents from/to other engineering discipline.
