I served as the leading learning & development expert & content developer for the Project Management Operations department within the Information Technology Division at Freddie Mac, which consisted of about 100 people. Responsible for heading the development of all learning projects associated with this division. Developed an Onboarding Program for ITPMO Department. Developed ILT, WBT, and VLT learning project such as;o The IDM online course that introduced IDM as the replacement for EDM.o Three GAPS (Jira) online courses for the current Learning Suite.o Modern Delivery (Agile) learning content (PPTX).o The live learning content for PM Process training. Developed communication and Instructional design aids and projects such as;o The Marketing Communication Procedure and Instructional Design Procedure used for communication and training projects.o The Fire Fly Commercial & Tutorial. Organized the Monthly PM Walk-in events as well has help with the development of advertisement and commercials for this event. Personally, trained and developed employees in the discipline of instructional Design so they can take on that role.

 Developed a learning and development infrastructure which I am currently developing into a corporate university. As of January of 2018; lead an L&D team that has developed $2.6 million worth of learning content. I personally developed $900,000 worth of content. Figures were estimated by researching the average market worth of the learning content.o Cost-saving to the company was $2.3 million over the last three years. This was estimated by subtracting the cost to the company of the learning content developer over the last three years which was $300,000 and subtracting the average market worth. Brought cost cutting value to the company by replacing the company’s old LMS (cost $780,000 over the 5-year life of the contract) with a new LMS ($90,000 over the 3-year life of the contract) with more functionality. Total cost savings was $126,000 a year in comparison. Developed a 4-layer management development learning program, corporate onboarding program, compliance learning program, and grade level  Develop corporate training policies and procedure essential to obtaining and maintaining our CMM level 3 certification. Employee training completion numbers have increased substantially every year; 2015 – 1498, 2016 – 9,780, 2017 – 17,810. This equates to every employee in the U.S. completed 30 courses in 2017. Level 1 survey average score over the past 3 years have been 4.25 out of 5. Developed an ten-step plan currently used to transform our learning and development department into a corporate university. Steps are used, and yearly benchmarks and progress is reported every month. Developed the marketing and communication plan and established a monthly L&D newsletter. Use gap analyst surveys and executive direction to determine the need of additional learning content.

 Designed, develop & post instructor-led training (ILT), web-based training (WBT), virtual Instructor-led training (VILT) & mobile training courses. Designed and develop web-based training (WBT) & mobile training using Captivate 7, Storyline & Articulate. Designed and developed ILT courses and workshops using PowerPoint with embedded properties. Designed training courses using the ADDIE Model. Designed and developed virtual Instructor-led training (VILT) & webinar course using PowerPoint, WebEx. Met with SME to gain the information needed to create specific course material. Posted online and ILT courses on the company's LMS and BOX cloud system. Resolved problems with online courses as instructed by submitted tickets. Obtained virtual instructional design certification using WebEx.

Worked as a federal contractor with TEKSystem in the following capacity: Designed & developed Web-Based Training modules using Adobe Captivate 5 and Presenter Designed & developed and facilitate Instructor Lead training material and initiatives. Designed & developed training material for the eTools and VSC help desk agents. Provided weekly progress reports to the project manager. Used Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to developed and train on software packages.

Worked as a federal contractor with Wyle Information Systems in the following capacity: Managed a team of technical trainers and writers. Negotiated with federal clients on project requirements and expectations. Provided application training on a proprietary system which consisted of 27 different applications/modules. Developed web-based training modules using Adobe Captivate. Provided training to help desk agents. Developed a grade level infrastructure for help desk agents and federal clients. Developed instructor led training material as well as assessment exercises for technical trainers.  Provided weekly progress reports to federal COTR and project manager.

 Developed a training department that accommodated the following positions; Sales Tech., Estimator, Designer, Inspectors, Installers and Human Resources agents. Developed a grade level infrastructure for each position. Developed employee curriculums which outlined the requirements for each grade level. Developed training for customers on Notifier fire protection equipment. Developed training for customers who desirer obtaining their NICET certification. Developed tests material for professional certification requirements.

 Served as the Senior Program Chair for the institution. Created the class schedule for over six-hundred students Trained the entire staff including other Program Chairs on procedure and accreditation standards (ACICS). Taught and offer expert knowledge in such electronic classes as AC & DC Electronics, TTL & Op Amp Logic, Digital Electronics, A+ PC Technology, Communications, Control Systems, etc. Designed additional educational material for the department.

 Lead project manager for Delaware central office installation.  Design specifications for the installation of transport equipment in Verizon’s Central Offices. Gained expert knowledge of transport equipment such as the Wideband 3190 and Ciena 1600. Designed automated program now used company wide as a standard for specification design. Trained colleagues on the use of various equipment and specification writing procedures.

 Designed custom-made devices for such companies as Seicor, Bristol Babcock, and Hoffman. Gained expert knowledge in Weidmuller’s product line, which consists of PLC Interface Modules, Electronic Signal Converters, Opt coupler, and Relay Devices. Obtained sales marketing experience from quoting competitive prices for custom-made products. Utilized an understanding of other competitors’ product lines such as GE Fanuc and Siemens.

 Coached such field events as the Shot put, Discus, and Javelin. Responsible for recruiting athletes and distributing scholarships. Assisted in organizing the budget for the team. Developed lesson plans and training plans for team members.

 A contract position through Virginia Department of Transportation, which involved surveying intersection in the downtown Richmond area. Sketched the characteristic of different intersections to obtain an accurate landscaping picture. Instrumental in the development of some of the new traffic provisions in the Richmond area.
