MakeWithTech is where I learn new things and teach them to others as a way to give back. This includes a YouTube channel under the same name approaching 80,000 subscribers and with over 6 million views.

As my involvement with DialogTech requires less of my time I have begun to explore my next endeavor.With over 65 million baby boomers and people retiring earlier every year, there is an increasing need for edutainment, educational content with an entertainment twist to help these retires discover new endeavors, part-time careers, hobbies and meaningful ways to spend their next quarter of life as contributing members of society.My contribution to this space consists of videos and blog posts on the upcoming makewithtech.com Youtube channel and website/blog. The content will focus on explaining technology ranging from what is cyber currency to technical tutorials for host websites on AWS and will include "maker" topics like using a desktop 3d printer or turning a pen on a lathe.

In this non-opperational role I assist with the long term strategy and the next evolution of DialogTech the leading provider of marketing and sales focused call analytics.

As the CEO at Dialogtech my primary role is to direct the overall business strategy and function as corporate coach hiring, teaching, mentoring, and focusing the best employees in the industry. At Ifbyphone we hire SWANs. A SWAN is smarter than average, hard working, ambitious and NICE. Our team is building the industry leading Voice Based Marketing Automation (VBMA) solution. This solution helps our customer's manage, measure and automate all of the calls inbound from their customers, outbound to their customers and integrated with their web properties. The Ifbyphone VBMA solution consists of of building blocks which include call tracking, lead response, IVR, voice broadcast and virtual call center applications tailored for sales and marketing professionals.

I build things. To date four wonderful human beings and three companies. Each of us on this planet strive for relevance. Yearn for success. My journey has taught me that I am a better coach than player and if I can give birth to an idea and surround myself with people that are better than I we will together build something special. My current way station on my journey is at DialogTech/Ifbyphone a company changing the way businesses communicate with customers.

I founded and directed the strategy for this educations software system company which was sold to Edison Schools.

From February 1985 through August 1998 I served as the President and CEO of Metamor Technologies. During that time Metamor grew at a compound annual growth rate of 62%.In March of 1997, Metamor Technologies was acquired by Corestaff, Inc. of Houston TX. For the next 14 months I assisted Corestaff in it's restructuring from a general purpose staffing company to a full service system integration company. In this role I assisted in the acquisition of 10 additional system integration companies and participated in discussion about the companies future. In the beginning of 1998, Corestaff changed their name to Metamor Worldwide and their stock symbol to MMWW. Additionally Corestaff, now MMWW sold their office staffing division completing their transition to a full service computer technology services company.During my tenure at Metamor Technologies, we grew from $100,000 in sales to $52 million. From 1 employee to over 500. And from minimal earnings to EBIT of over $7 million per year.

During my tenure at DEC I specialized in VAX/VMS data communications. In this role I wrote device drivers, consulted on protocol integegration and managed projects and teams of developers.
