Irwan Ferdian started his hospitality career at City Life Hotel (Heritage Hotels) in Wellington, New Zealand as guest service agent. He is responsible for porter duties as well as coordinating small events and later received his training at the front desk. He then joined Accor New Zealand at Mercure Hotel Wellington as Front Desk Receptionist and then became Duty Manager. In 2009, he joined his first 5 star property at Amora Hotel Wellington (Formerly branded as Duxton Hotel) as Front Desk Supervisor.With a solid background in Front Office department and experience of managing a small team, he is now looking to further develop and progress in the hotel industry at other departments particularly in Guest Relations.
