Coordinating with related department for new product and business process development to discuss legal matters, organization structure, market acceptance and entry strategy, financial matters, and risk and control related matters.In particular,I am joining the Sera Digitalization Initiatives, which is the holistic effort of transforming organization process and culture by reengineering not only on its system (end to end SAP reimplementation, Planning and Budgeting System Development, Fleet Management System development, and E-Commerce development), but also on its organization structure, organization culture, policy and procedure, monitoring and reporting process.I am developing system integration process framework, coordinating with Management Development, Human Resources, Information Technology, and other related department to optimize the process transformation effort.I am supporting data processing, analysis and reporting process using Microsoft Excel and VBA to increase effectivity and efficiency of operation business process (planning budgeting system, vehicle disposal pricing calculator and dashboard, and KPI Achievement Dashboard).

Multitasking in supporting the financial planning process by researching current trend of macroeconomics and technology trend to help company achieving competitive edge, by doing:1. Formulating, Proposing, Revising, and Monitoring Process Transformation (People, Business Process, and Technology) Road Map of Finance Directorate2. Coordinating the implementation of the road map with various department and external resources (consultant) to ensure the project completion and deliverable’s quality 3. Develop related people’s competency in accordance to the roadmap to ensure the efficient usage of the new process 4. Researching current trend of macroeconomics (inflation, commodity price, central bank rate, trade balance, high impact economic, political, social, and technology trend, etc) to assess its impact on company’s goals (budget, current process, compliance, etc).In particular, I am developing a framework called strategic driven process transformation to help company plan, implement, monitor, and review their process transformation effort in accordance to their strategic goals.
