My responsibilities include:• Provide hands on skills for turbo machinery maintenance as technical specialist supporting the Rotating Equipment Team in their day to day activities. Work with the team to ensure that they have a clearly defined strategy, structure and appropriate management processes in place to provide the correct level of support for the management of the maintenance function and in particular the Turbo Machinery Team• Develop the appropriate strategy and delivery of Maintenance Shutdowns and provide the interface with the planning team to widen the scope to include preparation for all opportunity based shutdowns as part of the Integrated Asset Planning Strategy.• Provide guidance & support to asset and reliability team on identifying critical issues, repetitive failure of rotating equipment (RCA) & work backlogs• Review all planned maintenance activities (CM, PM and TA) and ensure rotating equipment maintenance history & reports are updated in SAP (CMMS) and work orders are communicated with maintenance staff & contractors• Provide leadership for maintenance and condition base monitoring improvement initiatives.• Provide technical expertise for Root Cause Analysis and provide input into forecast budget preparations for CAPEX and OPEX for maintenance department.• Participate in all HSE initiatives to support the delivery of zero accidents and incidents.• Subject matter expert for equipment:- Sulzer Burchardt Reciprocating Compressors- Kobelco Reciprocating Compressors- Kobelco Centrifugal Compressors- Atlas Copco Centrifugal Compressors- GE/Nouvo Pignone steam Turbine and reciprocating Compressor- GE/Nouvo Pignone Axial compressors- Mycom Screw Compressors- Hofer Compressor

Perform installation, assembly, pre commissioning, commissioning and maintenance on GE/NP compressors products on site such as refinery, chemical plant, gas lift plant, power plant and offshore

International

perform pre commissioning, commissioning, operation and maintenance on Balance Of Plant in various Siemens AG EPC.Prepare pre-functional check & punch list clearance,Non Conformity management and daily job planning.

Malaysia

• In charge of commissioning, monitoring, operating and maintaining vessel’s steam plant which consists of a Kawasaki UA-360 33800SHP parallel cross compound direct reversible marine steam propulsion turbine, two Shinko RG-92 3450kW turbo alternators, one STX 8L32/40 3450kW reciprocating diesel alternator and two Kawasaki two drum water tube marine boilers with dual firing mode operating at 60 bars/515 ºc. • Assigned as second in command for vessel’s Engine room Team answering directly to the Chief Engineer and Second Engineer. • In charge of detailed commissioning, maintenance work and efficient operational condition of reciprocating, centrifugal and screw compressors and pumps, electrical motors, refrigeration plants, heat exchangers, electrical systems, pneumatic systems, pressure vessels, generators, purifiers, filters and other vessel related systems within the timeline given whilst simultaneously incorporating new developments of maintenance programs and procedures.• Responsible for commissioning,operation, maintenance and monitoring of vessel’s electrical equipment’s including 6.6kV electrical switchboards, high voltage test equipment’s, high voltage circuits, high voltage alternators, high voltage navigational equipment’s and vessel’s vibration monitoring system.• In charge the commissioning of Shinko RG-92 3450Kw turbo alternator startup..• Responsible person for the turbo generator and generator protection test.• In charge of overhauling steam turbine generator for inspection and repairs
