Inspection for vessel or shore tank which will used, what is the installation and condition avaiable appropriate with secure and safety standard.When have loading or discharge activity on site, ensure accepting the final result is not over tolerance, but if it losses more then tolerance i would do an investigation with surveyor and gave report to manager

As an inspector my duty is to ensure that the quantity and quality of the cargo/ product oil which is loaded/unloaded from tanker/ vessel to shore tank/ storage area are compliance with the standard that approved by the applicant, shipper, consignee and third party (bank, trader, insurance, custom, etc) the standard that we used are American Standard for Testing Material, American Petroleum Institute – Manual of Petroleum Measurement Standard, and Standard Nasional Indonesia.
